1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using E-Trade Studio (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

E-Trade Studio is a desktop application that:

  • Connects to Telegram to receive trading signals
  • Copies trades to connected trading platforms (MT4, MT5, etc.)
  • Automates trade execution based on signal parsing rules

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account credentials for connected platforms
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Comply with the terms of service of third-party platforms (Telegram, trading brokers)

You are solely responsible for:

  • All trades executed through the App
  • Your trading decisions and outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with your local financial regulations

4. Trading Risk Disclaimer

  • Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • The App is a tool for trade execution, not financial advice.
  • We do NOT provide trading signals, investment advice, or recommendations.
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.
  • We are NOT responsible for any trading losses, missed trades, or execution errors.
  • You should consult a qualified financial advisor before trading.

By using this App, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

5. No Guarantees

We provide the App “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy of trade execution
  • Compatibility with all trading platforms
  • Uptime or availability

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ETS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • This includes but is not limited to: trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App

7. Subscription and Payments

  • Payment is processed by Paddle.com (our payment provider)
  • Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at checkout
  • Refund requests are subject to our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

8. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
  • Use the App for any illegal activities

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.

13. Data Location

All your data (credentials, trading history, settings) is stored locally on your own device. We do not store or process your data on external servers, except for license verification which only requires your email and license key.

By using E-Trade Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
